THE
EMC STORY
Eagle Motor Company was started by a scientist, who happened to be a Harley-Davidson motorcycle enthusiast . His knowledge, experience and CNC machining centers helped to develop products to enhance and generate more power in his 1993 Dyna Wide Glide motorcycle engine. These efforts led to a versatile power accessory called the “Torque Multiplier.” This product takes a stock engine and increases the air-fuel volume into the motor, thereby yielding 30-50% more torque and horsepower.
Dr. Frank Bao has spent over two years $150,000 developing the EMC supercharger. Over three hundred units are on H/D motors today. Many custom builders have come to Dr. Bao for special applications using the supercharger now called "Torque Multiplier"
Torque
Master 125 - For those
desiring more torque and horsepower, a unique engine has been developed, based
on the Twin Cam 88 stock motor. Converting
the TC-88 cu. in. to the new Torque Master 125; new cylinders, pistons and rings
are installed with modifications to the crankcase and the cylinder heads.
The crankshaft is stroked from 4.0” to 4.4”, and the bore is
increased from 3.75” to 4.25”. The
Torque Master engine can be carbureted or fuel injected.
Dual-Quad
Fuel Injection System – More and more cyclists are demanding a larger displacement motor for the
factory stock fuel injected motorcycle. When
tuning for more torque and horsepower, a problem always arises using the stock
throttle body – not enough air and not enough fuel.
EMC developed a universal throttle body, which uses larger calibrated
fuel injectors and a larger venturi diameters (38 to 56 mm).
With this unit, more fuel and air is available to the engine tuners to
produce maximum horsepower.
Dr. Frank Bao has a Ph.D. In Experimental Physics, and has owned his our company for the past 23 years. The parent business is manufacturing airflow testing equipment for the jet engine industry. HOMEPAGE
