Dr. Frank Bao was the leader in his industry. Anything
he set his mind to became a reality. You will never meet someone as
willing as he was to help out, while expecting nothing but hard work in return.
He was a man who came from nothing and learned that with hard work and constant
betterment of oneself, anything was possible. Frank is survived by his
wife, Kay
and his
three sons, Jeff, Chris and Derek. He was a brother, father, uncle,
business man, and friend to any in all walks of life. He would go out of
his way to solve the unsolvable, prove the unproven, and improve perfection.
Frank turned his passion for Harley-Davidson motorcycles into a successful
business that graced the covers and centerfolds of countless magazines.
You can spot his most popular addition to the Harley accessory lineup in
almost any enthusiast magazine. He had a dream to increase power and torque, and
that dream became a reality when he perfected his Supercharger. From there
he wanted to develop a more powerful engine, so he took the stock 88cu. in.
HD motor and eventually was able to convert it to a 150 cu. in. He didn't
stop there, he found that the larger motor was starving and developed a higher
flowing fuel injection system. Anytime there was a problem with his
product, he wanted to hear about it. He would always make it right and
while learning from his mistakes, would improve upon it. He stood behind
his products and guaranteed the workmanship up to the time of his sudden death.
He still attends bike rallies and trade shows through the memories and stories
told by his friends and family. Frank is sorely missed by all
who knew him, but will never be forgotten.
