EMC BALANCING PROCEDURE.
1. Two Holes are drilled in each flywheel and reamed to .750" for installing the Tungsten rods
2. Total all the Reciprocating mass measured in grams, piston assembly, 1/2 rod upper ends
3. Total all the Rotating mass, 2 flywheel counter wt, with 4 holes
4. Keep track of the left and right flywheel weight, each flywheel must be equally balanced
5. Use the table in the ( V2 Balancing . pdf ) chart to calculate the tungsten weights
6. Press the machined weights and check for the final counter weight
7. The final total counter weight at the center of the crankshaft without the rods is divided by the reciprocating weight mounted at the crankpin.
8. You should shoot for between 50% to 51% Balance Factor
